Hasan Çiçek who is the founder of our company entered the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Yildiz Technical University in 1971.After graduating in 1976, he completed his military service and started to work in Karabük Iron and Steel Enterprises in 1977. He worked here at the Raw Materials Directorate and later at the Rolling Mills Directorate.
In 1993, he established the branch of Karabük Mechanical Engineers in Karabük under the Zonguldak Mechanical Engineers Chamber. He served as the head of the branch for two terms and left it in 1999.
During the presidency of the chamber, he provided the exhaust emulsion measurement of the vehicles and periodic maintenance and control works of the cranes and compressors for the first time in Karabük.
He retired from Karabük Demir Celik, which was formally state owned enterprise. The company has been privazited and named Kardemir Karabük Demir Celik Sanayi in 1994. He continued to work there, until his retirement which is 2001.
After his retirement from Kardemir, he moved to Istanbul and started to worked at Oyal Çelik.While he was working there, he began producing industrial knives for for Ereğli Demirçelik. In 2007 he started to operate in the field of industrial knives by establishing Has Bicak.
Hasan Çiçek is married with two children.
